Genesis Cleaning Co-Op is a worker-owned cooperative(a business that is owned and controlled by its workers) that offers cleaning and sanitizing services to the Chicagoland area, specializing in cleaning spaces, public organizations, and private institutions.

The story of Genesis began when a group of immigrant women met to discuss business ideas. The women shared an entrepreneurial spirit and desire to thrive. The group immediately recognized the need of a business model that integrates collectivism and prosperity for all members.
